F.C.C need funding for new technology. Television is still useful so also African Americans. I don't see enough black Puerto Ricans in Television. Women are dominating Television but what about Radio network? We must focus on getting Blacks on day time television. If you ask me, some networks are not good for this country, and they got a way to rate the networks. Neutrality Act is interesting, but again, are we doing it or not. I don't see enough African American in construction and engineering, I mean African Americans are not working, F.C.C need to make it clear that aggregators are not the best source of intelligence. We fail to see more women in construction and more African Americans in that business, because it is not reported.
